Introducing the Dogcation Series on Bridle & Bone

Hello Friends! I'm so excited to introduce a collaboration that I am very excited about. You may have heard of Jaxson, the adorable senior beagle I wrote about in my post, "Fat-Shaming Animals: Has Body Image Gone Too Far." If you haven't read it, do so now. I'll wait.

I have had the privilege to know Jaxson's owner, Amy Molnar Schwebel, for many years. We grew up in the same town of Westfield, New Jersey albeit a few years apart in school. Fast forward a decade or so and we worked in neighboring cubicles at John Wiley & Sons, Inc. publishing. Fast forward again, and she'd married my childhood neighbor and asked Danelle and I to massage her senior, athritic dog- Jaxson, who has become a regular client.

Amy's passion for her dog is a beautiful thing, and she loves to travel. Jaxson goes everywhere with her and her husband and you may often see him romping on the beach or hiking trails.  I'm so excited to announce that she will now be collaborating with us! About once a month Amy will blog about her experiences with dog-friendly travel, aka "dogcations" in a new series on Bridle & Bone. I hope you like it. We're very excited about it and can't wait to read about all their adventures.

Please join me in welcoming Amy and follow her adventures on Facebook, Instagram, or subscribe by email for blog posts. We won't spam your inbox, promise!
